Founded in 2015 in Ottapalam, Kerala, Sangamam Communications started as a web development studio and grew into a full-service technology agency serving clients across India, the UK, and the UAE.

What began as freelance WordPress projects in 2015 is today a 20-person team that architects and delivers complex ERP systems, mobile applications, AI-powered automation, and multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.
We operate under the Sangamam Communications umbrella with sister brands Softinsan Technologies (hosting and IT services) and Skillbits Digital Marketing Academy (training). This integration means our clients benefit from in-house expertise across development, infrastructure, and talent.
We work with startups that need an MVP in eight weeks and enterprises that need to replace a ten-year-old legacy system. The through line is the same: careful planning, honest communication, and software that outlasts the project.

Founded in Ottapalam
Started as a WordPress freelancing practice, building websites for local businesses in Palakkad district.
Incorporated as Sangamam Communications Pvt Ltd
Formalised the business, brought in our first full-time engineers, and started taking on larger custom PHP projects.
Launched Softinsan Technologies
Spun out the hosting and IT support arm to serve clients who needed managed infrastructure alongside their software.
Expanded to UK and UAE Markets
Signed first retainer clients in the UK through referral. Built a remote-first operation that handles multi-timezone projects smoothly.
Launched Skillbits Academy
Started training the next generation of digital marketers and developers through our structured online programmes in Malayalam and English.
AI Automation Practice
Formed a dedicated AI integration team building OpenAI and Claude-powered solutions across our enterprise client base.
